Lisbeth Susana Fuentes Serrano is an Attorney and Notary with a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and more than 10 years of experience in legal, administrative and corporate matters.
She has provided strategic legal advisory services to public and private institutions, leading institutional strengthening, regulatory compliance and effective conflict resolution processes.
She has held advisory and coordination positions in different Guatemalan institutions, actively participating in the management of complex legal matters, preparation of legal instruments and implementation of internal policies focused on transparency and efficiency.
She has solid training in Criminal Law, Notarial Law, Human Rights and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods, complemented by international certifications in leadership and empowerment.
Her work is oriented toward institutional strengthening through responsible leadership, operational efficiency and rigorous application of the legal framework, contributing to the sustainable development of organizations.
