Andrea Rebeca Barrios García is an Attorney and Notary, doctoral candidate in Constitutional Law and holder of a Master’s Degree in Civil and Civil Procedural Law. She has more than 10 years of legal experience in the public, private and international cooperation sectors.
She has performed legal advisory and legal coordination functions in relevant national institutions, participating in policy formulation, regulatory projects and processes aimed at strengthening institutions and promoting respect for human rights.
In the private sector, she has provided corporate and notarial legal advisory services to national and international companies, with experience in labor, civil, maritime and administrative law.
