Ailyn Lisseth Barrera Bethancourt is a graduate in Legal and Social Sciences, Attorney and Notary, with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Leadership, advanced doctoral and master’s studies in Constitutional Law, and international academic training.
She has more than six years of independent professional practice, during which she has specialized in Notarial and Registry Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law and Real Estate Law.
As Founding Partner of Bufete Especializado, Sociedad Anónima, she has led advisory and execution of complex notarial procedures, including incorporation, amendment and dissolution of commercial companies and non-governmental organizations, assemblies and highly specialized contracts.
Her experience also extends to real estate law, participating in real estate purchase and sale transactions, title regularization, urban development projects and property regularization.
