She has led processes for the formulation and implementation of public policies in the interior of the country, especially focused on gender equity, integrity and institutional transparency.
Her background includes serving as legal advisor to Guatemalan institutions and organized groups, providing legal defense and support to vulnerable groups, as well as coordinating institutional programs aimed at strengthening public and private management with a rights-based and sustainable development approach.
