Alejandro José Torrez Ortiz is an Attorney and Notary with postgraduate training in Tax Law, Employer Labor Law, Regulatory Law, Industrial and Occupational Safety, and Administrative Law.
He has advised companies on comprehensive legal risk management, regulatory compliance and defense against regulatory contingencies.
His experience focuses on supporting organizations in the industrial, health and pharmaceutical sectors in implementing compliance structures that reduce sanctions, optimize internal processes and strengthen legal certainty.
He has led the preparation and filing of administrative remedies before authorities, defending companies against potential sanctions for regulatory non-compliance and developing preventive strategies that protect operational continuity.
He also has experience in civil matters, particularly commercial and civil contracts, as well as civil procedural law, representing and advising companies in the resolution of contractual disputes and strategic litigation.
